Full Management
- In addition
to the services detailed in the ‘Letting Only’ section, our full
management service also includes collecting the monthly rental and accounting
to you within 3 days of receipt. Commissions are only deducted from
the rents received.
- Funds can
be paid to you direct into a nominated account of your choice,
either by cheque or BACS.
- Regular
inspections of the property.
- During the
tenancy we will attend to any minor or urgent works and obtain
estimates for anything more serious.
- For your
repairs in excess of £100, we will obtain your authorisation prior
to carrying out the work, however if you wish us to consult you
before any repairs, other than urgent situations, please inform us
at the start of the tenancy.
- All
invoices will be paid by us and then deducted from your next rent
statement.
- We will
advise all incoming tenants of the procedure for registering meter
reading will all the appropriate utilities. When tenants vacate the
property we will take all meter readings in case of any dispute.
- A detailed
inventory will be preferred and checked at every tenant change.
- At the end
of the tenants occupancy, security bonds will only be refunded after
a thorough inspection of the property, any necessary repairs will be
deducted from the bond.
