Our letting specialist will advise you on the
current rental value.

Your property will be advertised in the appropriate
local papers, in our window display and on this
website.

Prospective tenants will be interviewed, fully
referenced and credit checked through Premier
Homelet.

Assured Shorthold tenancy agreements will be
prepared and signed at no extra cost to you.

Once the tenancy agreements have been signed and the
first months rent and security bond paid, we will
immediately forward you the balance after deducting
our fee.
- If
the landlord prefers to hold the security bond, it
will be released to you once we receive the tenants
consent in writing.
