Property Sourcing
We are unable to offer comprehensive property sourcing but
to give local and out of town investors the benefits of our 40 years
experience in the South Yorkshire residential market, we are prepared to
give free telephone advice on the popularity and estimated rental of
selected properties. Should clients wish us to inspect properties
personally to ascertain works required before a good tenant can be
secured, a nominal fee of £50 + VAT will be charged.
Repairs and Refurbishment
Experience has shown that the condition of the property
attracts the same quality of tenant. It is imperative therefore for
landlords to present the property in a clean smart condition, which will
then attract the quality, trouble free tenants, who will make life much
easier for both of us.
