Excellent service by Helen and colleagues at Bricknells, all greatly appreciated.
I have had a great experience with Bricknells, specifically with Laura who recently helped me through the process of renting and moving in to a lovely property as a first time renter! She was incredibly helpful through every stage of the process and answered my every concern and query promptly. I would highly recommend!
I need to say that it is very good agency. Helen Baldwin is very helpful person who can resolve problem quickly. Excellent communication and fast response. Reference check took only few hours. Overall I would strongly recommend this agency

I have just moved into a new rental property about a month ago and would just like to say how amazing Linda has been. She has answered any and all of my queries and questions and made it such an easy and smooth process. Any issues I have had after moving have been sorted asap and always responds in a timely manner. I would really recommend Bracknells. They are very professional, easy to contact and very fast at responding. I have just moved into my first property and it was all quick and easy. Paula is the one I’ve been dealing with and I cannot recommend her enough. Nothing is too much for her. 🙂
We have had an amazing experience with the Bricknells team. They are very professional and communicate effectively. Helen made sure that our move into our new rental property was as smooth and comfortable as possible. She made sure our requests to adjustments on the property were communicated to the landlord and everything she promised was fulfilled. Feedback for all issues was given in time and even after moving, she still makes follow ups to see if everything is fine at our new property. I would recommend Bricknells to anyone without reservations. The team is awesome!!
I would highly recommend Bricknells rentals in perticular Laura. Laura was a breath of fresh air from opening the door on the first viewing to date. Very helpful respectful and knowledgeable and has been a great help in the whole moving experience 5 star service that I would gladly recommend.

A massive thank you to Kelly and team. After a bad experience with my previous lettings agent (Haybrook) Bricknells have being amazing. I'm a landlord who was getting fed up of the stress of letting and worrying about constant new legislation and considering just selling up but these guys have taken all the stress away from me. Very friendly and always there to help and answer my questions.
